What is CCRM?
CCRM is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solution that seamlessly integrates with Salesforce.com.
What does CCRM do?
It automatically logs all inbound and outbound email correspondence to the relevant Salesforce.com Contact, Account, Lead, Case and/or Opportunity.
What editions of Salesforce.com do you support?
CCRM integrates with the following editions of Salesforce.com:

Will this reduce the productivity of my team?
No. CCRM can be completely automated. There are no buttons to click and it requires no end user input.
Does it only log emails sent by Salesforce.com users?
No. CCRM is unique its ability to capture emails for all staff, even non-Salesforce.com users.*
Does CCRM use the API daily email usage?
No. It uses the inbound email service technology that does not count towards API usage.
Do my users need training on how to use CCRM?
No. CCRM operates in the background and does not require any user training - it just works!
Where are the emails logged?
CCRM logs emails in a Custom Object. This allows you to easily find the information you need without trawling through pages of Activity History.
Do all emails get logged whether I want them to or not?
Through the CCRM Preference panel and Domain Manager, you can control which of your users’ and customers’ email is logged in Salesforce.com. This allows you to protect sensitive communication between key customers and contacts.
Is it easy to configure?
CCRM is easy to install, it can be up and running in minutes and has no impact on delivery of email or the use of Salesforce.com
Does uploading email to Salesforce.com make it vulnerable to spam?
No, not with CCRM. It is powered by MailGuard, one of the largest tier 1 providers of SaaS managed online solutions addressing security, compliance and email filtering.*
What happens if my company’s mail server goes down?
Being powered by MailGuard, CCRM will continue delivering mail to Salesforce.com. It also stores email for up to 5 days at this point, CCRM will resume delivery of mail to/from your mail server.*
What happens if access to Salesforce.com is not available?
Being powered by MailGuard, CCRM will store mail for up to 5 days. Once access to Salesforce.com has been re-established, CCRM will resume delivery of mail to Salesforce.com.*
What happens when the CCRM server is down?
CCRM is governed by strict Service Level Agreements (SLA). We guarantee 100% email delivery and service uptime.*
Do I have to generate my own reports & dashboards?
No. CCRM comes with pre-set, default and custom dashboards and reports provide visibility into analytics such as emails sent / received each day, inbound vs outbound traffic, and even Salesforce.com user vs. non-user metrics.
